![Finding an exercise that you don’t absolutely hate makes a world of difference, finding one you love is a godsend but not required. [I found that once I start looking forward to exercising (or at least don’t dread it everyday at a minimum), everything else fell into place easier or became easier to adjust.]
Make small changes to start and do incremental increases for your body to acclimate to the changes easier.
Do measurements regularly but not often. Do multiple kinds of measurements if you have a dopamine-driven brain like me cause you’ll be able to see progress easier.
