Useful power outage tips & prep for disasters. The bunny cooling trick is also good for people. Have 2 Ryobi portable fans that run on rechargeable batteries. I can recharge using my portable solar power pack. Place ice on a box & run the fan over the ice for cooling. #disasters #PSPS #poweroutage
