that wayward fry rolled off the deck but Lucy didn’t see it/couldn’t find it/wouldn’t give up the search - so we did the rest of the fries on the floor like a couple of weirdos

…an amazing therapy dog; she’s brilliant, and always knows when someone doesn’t feel well (we call her “nurse Lucy” when we’re sick). She’s had a pretty good life now, but her first few years were really tough - for her, then for us. But patience and love won out in the end ❤️
