Also I want to watch the community formation in action. For example Destiny 2 has a decade of community network in place and when weird things happens intended or not in the game the community mobilizes in hours globally. That community for HD2 is forming in realtime now.

90 percent of my job as internship coordinator is coaching. You have to apply for jobs to get one. You need to plcommunicate with others if you want networking support. There is no cabbage patch from which I can pick internship gifts. Professional development is learning to be a self advocate.

Class discussion continues to be really difficult post-pandemic. However there is no greater delight in my current teaching life than reading my students bi-weekly reading responses. When they feel like they are safely bouncing ideas off an interested audience they are clearly reading and thinking.
