My name is Donia Tanani.
A mother, a dreamer, a survivor amid the genocide in Gaza until this moment (I don't know, maybe will be the next victim of an Israeli missile).
As you know, I have endured unbelievable hardships for more than 2 years. My family and I have been evacuated more than 10 times, and we are still living in Gaza, where life has become tough. Despite the destruction and the relentless bloodshed, I am determined to rebuild my life and achieve my dreams like any normal human being who has the right to live as a human being.
My husband Ahmed, our daughter Salma, and I live under harsh living conditions that are almost unbearable or even beyond the capacity of the human mind to bear, including bombing, displacement, famine, high prices, and all kinds of psychological torture that almost strip us of our humanity. With the lack of all possible means to provide the necessary income to support our daughter and provide her with basic needs at this young age, we have resorted to creating a campaign again (to be honest, everything we provide is spent because the current situation is challenging).

I want to heal from the trauma l've experienced and take back control of my life. Now that the war is nearing its end, there is hope that the Rafah border crossing may open soon. For families like mine, this could be our only chance to leave Gaza and rebuild our lives in safety. But traveling out of Gaza is extremely expensive — from exit fees and visas to transportation and resettlement costs. We have lost everything in the war, and without financial help, we cannot take this opportunity.
Your support could be the difference between remaining trapped in crisis and finally starting a new life in peace.

The Vegetable Lamb of Tartary is a legendary zoophyte (an obsolete term for an animal-plant hybrid) believed to grow sheep as fruit, attached by an umbilical cord. It’s thought the legend came out of ignorance of the cotton plant (Gossypium), unknown in Northern Europe until around the 12th century.
