I've been dealing with the game crashing a fair bit throughout my main playthrough, but none of them were as demoralizing as this crash was. I was looking forward to seeing stuff that I never saw during my first playthrough as a kid, but now I'm wondering if it would even be worth it to bother.

Decided to start playing through the NG+ on Chrono Trigger, and wound up fighting Lavos immediately. Okay, I can handle this. I get to the final phase of the fight, and the game crashes. Cool.

The packaging for both looks like the photos below. They're sold everywhere, including in our little mountain town. And for infants and elders, or those who are immunocompromised/immunosuppressed or with certain other conditions, cyclosporiasis can indeed kill.
