I commissioned @haonfest.bsky.social for designing my new OC Ashe! My goal with her was to have someone complementary with Violet. Landed on having her be Violets mechanic & roommate.

Happy october! It's time for INK DRAWINGS! My recent fixation has been INK. Pens too, yes, but mostly INK!! This is all quite new, I am enjoying the journey. #oc #rkgk

Pen sketch of my original character, Mofuko

A Fun experiment with the Sailor Manyo Nekoyanagi ink. I wanted to see if I could demo the shading properties on this cheap watercolor paper. The initial wash didn't turn out great, I overestimated the ink flow from my brush. But moving more slowly with detailing resulted in a fun and satisfying showcase of the ink properties. All the color and shade come from the same ink. Isn't that cool? I think so. Yokura

Day 1 of offkai! Day was fun, lots of walking, far too much spending. I think it’s ice-water soup for the next few months. Wore just a nice outfit for today, tomorrow emo Mumei cosplay.

Got a new haircut yesterday, went from past shoulder length curly hair to a wolfcut. It's the most hair I've had removed in like 4 years. I really love it, first time having bangs and it's a really fun hairstyle!

Still been percolating on a 2nd OC design! I think I got a bunch of good ideas down and even sketched them out. Idea is to have her be the opposite of Violet. So more tech focused with and slightly edgy. To counter Violet being more Magical and whimsy filled. bsky.app/profile/chee...

🧭 Stream Offline 🧭 (1/2) We quickly decided on a drawing for today's Trans Day of Visibility! Given how close Easter is as well, we came up with this fun pride-themed arrangement. ＼(≧▽≦)／ #TDoV #TransDayOfVisibility

A color-flat drawing of Auburn in a cute Mimiga-themed bunny outfit. The art features a fluffy open-shoulder dress, a gemstone collar, droopy Mimiga-like ears, twin yellow-flower hairties, and (not shown much) color-matching ankle boots. She's joyfully wielding her usual gemstone wand to direct a silly-faced pet rock at high speed. The rock has a trans-pride-themed trail in celebration of Trans Day of Visibility (March 31st - or the entire week if you feel like it, hehe).

Drove to the city/beach to clear my head… Again. I’m lucky I’m able to live close enough that it’s a “reasonable” distance away.

Red wood gardens in San Francisco botanical gardens. My favorite spot.

Went to Distant Worlds this week! The theme was ff14 & 16 but they played songs from across the series. Overall a fantastic show and a great excuse to try dressing nicer for once!

a song about being transgender is really just a song about change, self-actualization, loving yourself for who you are in spite of what others tell you to be. things i would hope are fairly universal ideals! i'm not asking you to be trans but i am asking you to love yourself
