Time off which has caused me to go over the limit of sick days in my contract & has caused me to receive verbal warning HR was asked to be lenient with me due to the circumstances of my mental health leave But that will not help me when someone is looking at the books and seeing my "excessive" leave

If I am jobless by the end of the month it is directly caused by the guidance given to GPs last year to refuse to provide gender affirming to trans people Guidance that has caused my mental health to deteriorate several times requiring me to take time off work to recover and find other means of care

Only for 1 month later for me to check my medical record to see shared care has been revoked again. And it still is to this day because I'm terrified that if I ever try to fight it again that my repeat prescriptions, my HRT will be taken away with it. I'd rather wait until after surgery for that.

The appointment that I had to use their online "system" that is never up when I need to use it, and report mental health issues due to their phone system to be able to see a doctor. The doctor actually listened to my issue, listened to what shared care actually meant, and was able to put it back...

My most recent appointment was when I tried for 2 months to get my. GP to reinstate shared care with my NHS GIC. An appointment where I tried calling multiple times, to be gaslit by the GP about the reasons for it; to be hung up on the moment I tried questioning why they did it...

Last month my housemates and I adopted this little menace of a puppy. She's adorable, watching her grow and learn has already been amazing, and she's won't even be old enough to go on walks for another week. I'm hoping she'll mellow out a bit once she's done teething, but I doubt it

In the same way that trans people being misgendered hurts them, having your gender questioned hurts you. I'd hope that all your trans followers can see that. There is a reason that "prime directive" exists, because questioning people's gender identity just hurts them, and does not help.

A number of GPs are unfortunately using outdated, misinterpreted advice to not do shared care, even within the NHS. Its unfortunate that you're a victim of this too. My silver lining to you is that you weren't relying on your GP for HRT when they decided this

It feels like a town square, which I love. Except, we moved to a different "town square" as soon as Endwalker came out and with everything being on the edges of the area, it feels very big and empty. Did mess with my head a bit that I was misgendered, nearly 2 years into HRT, I'd like to think my features have feminised a lot. I wasn't exactly boymoding, I had a tight t-shirt on and I had my handbag over my shoulder. But hearing my sister call me her sister made me so happy 😄

So yesterday was my baby sister's birthday (she's 9). Shes always been a bit funny with my transition, kept using my deadname & calling me her brother even a year into HRT We were talking to a woman about her dogs, and the woman asked if I was her brother or her father and my sister corrected her!
