I use the Nintendo Ring Fit for exercise, which means you basically do an unlimited amount of squats using your body weight. I'm not supremely fit or anything but it definitely helps. The other day, I felt a spider bite on the back of my thigh, and when I went to look, I didn't recognize my own leg.
