Joined a gym yesterday. I used to be a gym rat, but since covid, I haven't really... moved. I just sit in front of my computer. Need to get my cardio back, and drop some weight. Yesterday did the treadmill. Today, treadmill and hit the bag for 30 minutes. Gained 1.5 lbs. This is some bullshit.
