I had to provide a blood sample this #TummyTuesday. I know that for many, it’s not that big a deal. But as someone who a) has a complex history with needles (in short, raised by anti-vax parent) and b) easily gets queasy at the sight of blood, it took me a lot of bravery to get this done today.

Well, I just had a brain fart moment. I swallowed a cap of mouthwash 😂 From what I quickly googled, the most I should expect is a bit of an upset tummy. I’ve also had a glass of water to help dilute it before it hits my stomach.
