As I got so fed up of BBC news right wing propaganda, but love listening to Six Music, I developed some code to download a show and strip out the news segments. My new grumble is endless TV license adverts now, inane wooden actors, enough to make you want to cancel it.

One for UK cyclists, decathlon own brand chains, so the 10 and 11 speed for example are reboxed KMC X10 and X11, but the decathlon 10 speed is £12.99 and the 11 speed £14.99 thats about £5 less than buying a KMC branded chain

The SON light is back on for winter, I have the dynamo version on my other bike, this bike doesn't have a dynamo so I use a 20v Parkside battery with a buck converter, the light will accept 5v to 15v as input voltage, it's an exceptionally good light

I enjoy BBC 6 music, but I hate being forced fed news every hour, the BBC these days, it is all daily mail style sensationalist nonsense, so I spent a few hours cobbling together a process to download a show, strip out the news, leaving me with an m4a audio file I can play on my device

Pavement where the right hand side is blocked by large signs (for a vehicle diversion) and with cars parked on the left hand side of the pavement. The pram being pushed would not fit through the gaps between the pram and the cars.

Yep, they actually closed this shared path to install 2 bollards across it, that'll stop any cars 🤦

A pedestrian and cycle path with roadway to the right and front, straight ahead the path is fenced off to allow for two bollards to be installed, however the bollards are easily defeated as the space is open to the left and right
