We gave 10 LLMs the same job: write the SVG geometry for a 24x24 airplane icon. One prompt, a fresh session each. Four came back byte-identical. The same 209 characters. Ollama, Alibaba Cloud, Z.ai, and a 27B running offline on a laptop. They didn't draw it. They remembered it. #AI #LLM

The scheduler is much easier to use during dev/testing/eval from Docker in Cerb 11.2+. Previously you had to ping the `/cron` endpoint from somewhere else. Now it runs entirely in the browser with real-time metrics. #cerb

Use the `|qp_encode` filter in automation scripting to encode a message using the quoted-printable format. This is particularly useful when creating email messages from an interaction or AI agent that contain emoji. Combine this w/ email.parse to create tickets from AI agents & contact forms.

Tip: On any worklist in Cerb you can click on the "Subtotals" icon to quickly open the sidebar and add multiple filters. Here we'll stack filters for status, group, and organization. Remove the last filter by pressing the dash (-) key, or click "x" on a specific filter to remove it. #Helpdesk #CRM
