The cervical cord is normal in size and signal, with no obvious focal lesions. The
included posterior fossa appears within normal limits. Cervical spine alignment is
within normal limits. Vertebral body heights are preserved. The prevertebral soft
tissues have a normal appearance. The paraspinal musculature is grossly normal. Trace fluid within the right mastoid air cells.

IMPRESSION:
No significant cervical spine abnormality.
