ICE has been ordered to suspend most vehicle stops during operations temporarily until they undergo more training. This means we will likely see a decrease in ICE operations in the coming days. They are still allowed to pursue “serious criminals”. More training has never solved state violence.

BREAKING: ICE agent will turn himself in on charges from Operation Metro Surge, according to his defense attorney. Gregory Donnell Morgan Jr. has been charged for pointing his firearm at a couple on a Minnesota highway after the couple blocked him from illegally passing traffic on the shoulder.

The Cuban man, identified as 33-year-old Denny Adán González, died inside the privately run Stewart detention center in Lumpkin, Georgia. His death is being investigated as a suicide. The man is the 18th person to die in 2026 in ICE custody.

likely in the reasonably foreseeable future. Castaneda v. Perry, 95 F.4th 750, 756 (4th Cir. 2024)

Garcia’s continued detention in ICE custody is consistent with due process. Thus, he must remain
on the stringent release conditions already imposed by ICE and in the Tennessee Criminal Matter.
Based on the foregoing and related reasons articulated in the decision granting habeas relief
at ECF No. 110 at 25–31, it is this 17th day of February, 2026, hereby ORDERED that:
Respondents are ENJOINED from taking Petitioner Kilmar Armando Abrego Garcia into
