I was at the August 9th 2006 game when Mike Piazza got a curtain call with the Padres, hitting two home runs at Shea Stadium (And nearly tied the game with a third). Different situation of course, the Mets were good, won the game anyway, and had a 13.5 lead in the division.

10,000 fans for the Marlins last night, which was actually nowhere near their lowest, even though they average 13,700 (bolstered by Opening Day and somehow 25k and 30k against the Cubs this past weekend?) Felt like a home game for the Mets. Who now play the next 10 in NY.

Of any NL team, the Mets beat up on the Diamondbacks the most, 53.93% of the time, but the Marlins are a close second at 53.90. The Rockies are a close third at 53.5%. Dodgers are last, an embarrassing 43.6, followed by Atlanta at second to last. Those are probably better if you drop the 60s
