I got the jump early and made proper Halloween goodie bags for the trick or treaters this year. I couldnt do them for the past 2 years due to Life Happening. Even though it's been crazy lately, it looks like we will be able to be home this time to celebrate. As usual, I do too much lol

I know in my past two posts I mentioned not doing digital or fanart. It doesn't mean I have given up art completely. Instead I've fallen back in love with traditional academic art. Going back to basic fundamentals has been a much needed refresher for my skills. I'm enjoying art again.

I feel your pain. I had an order set up and ready to ship and then the first wave of tariffs hit. They were supposed to be gifts for friends and now I can't afford to pay for the shipping. It's so infuriating!

Do they even sell burner drives anymore? I have a stack of CD-Rs, but I dont know if they are still any good. Some of my CD-Rs of bootleg anime no longer play well cause the silver is starting to flake off (I blame that on the heat we have here)

I almost forgot I had this account. I'm still alive, just buried with work and school. Doing full time work and half time college while taking care of my elderly father-in-law is draining. The past 10 years of my life have been devoted to taking care of a parent, both mine and my in laws. I'm tired

One of ours steps outside of the box then tries to scratch and cover their poo by reaching over the side, but all she does is scoop litter and sometimes poo out and all over the floor. Cats, gotta love them 😂

This will be the second year in a row I've missed Halloween. Last year my Father in Law had open heart surgery so we were at the hospital with him instead of handing out treats. I wont be able to get home until almost 7 this year so I'll miss the majority of the kids. I'm really bummed out :(

I have been so buried with homework and studying for my statistics exam tomorrow I didn't notice that we're a week away from Halloween. I've usually got all my treat bags done and the outside all decorated. I haven't done a single thing. I'm just going to buy full size candy bars to handout.

This movie is special to me and my sister. We saw it at least 5 times before it left theaters. We loved Toad the most because he was played by Mojo Nixon.We laughed like crazy every time he said "The King Is Everywhere!" (His career at that time was singing parody Elvis songs and we had his albums)

Today is the first day of Academic Year in-person classes. My math class doesn't start until tomorrow but the professor is already sending me a lot of video links and practice work. I'm going to have at least 10 hours of homework assignments per week. Thank God I'm only doing 2 classes.
