There are way too many gift guides. It's overwhelming. There, I said it.

Second straight week that the Seahawks went up 28-0 in the 2nd quarter. Wow.

I wonder when the last time was that both the Giants and the Jets had 4th quarter leads at the same time on the same day

I just can't help but feel like we're bringing a knife to a gun fight.

Has anyone else seen that amazing Jason Kelce YouTube Sunday Ticket commercial? So good. I hope I get to see it a few thousand more times tonight during the Chargers-Raiders game. (I already own Sunday Ticket on YouTube. Please please please please stop showing me that ad. I can’t take it anymore.)

Well, the best movies I’ve seen this year are now: 1. Sinners 2. Black Bag 3. Weapons Go see Weapons before someone spoils it for you. Try to watch it with as little information as you can, and get ready for a wild ride!

I'm sure I sound about a million years old, and the movie will certainly make over a zillion dollars, but aren't they just remaking the same Avatar movie over and over again? Apologies. Will go back to complaining about how they "just don't make movies like they used to." youtu.be/nb_fFj_0rq8?...

So am I supposed to understand that there is now a (checks notes) "Jack O'Connell" in the new Sinners movie... and he is different and separate from (checks again) "Josh O'Connor" from Challengers and The Crown? My rapidly atrophying brain cannot handle things like this anymore.

Holy fucking shit, BLACK BAG. You’re Soderbergh’s best movie in YEARS. This is OCEANS movies Soderbergh. And David Koepp’s script is one of the best of his career. So fucking good. Watch this immediately before someone accidentally spoils some of it.

The two-fer in this article is amazing. 1) The accusations against Baldoni on set are beyond awful, and 2) The ineptitude of this “crisis” PR team putting everything in writing, emails, and texts is UNBELIEVABLE!

Of course he doinked it and it went through. Of course.

This has been my biggest "lesson learned" from the last 8 years, honestly:

I've got to admit, I finally dipped my toe into the Taylor Sheridan universe for the first time, and OHMYGOD - Lioness is incredible. Yes, there is the not-subtle conservative messaging, but each episode is like another sequel to Sicario. My adrenaline is flying afterwards. Can't get enough.

I can't believe this article exists about the Worst Songs Of All Time, and yet it doesn't mention "Kokomo" or "We Built This City" anywhere in the 5,094 words that they used: dirt.fyi/article/2024...
