In London for the weekend as part 2 of #sabbaticaladventures — a cousin’s baby is getting baptized and since we were all on continent for Croatia we’re all taking a side trip. Took myself out for some fish and chips — when in Rome (or London as it were) and they have a delicious rhubarb cider

Fish and chips with tartar and mushy peas and rhubarb cider. I needed both malt vinegar and ketchup with it.

Today we went to Mostar in Bosnia Herzegovina but unfortunately hit a lot of traffic so ended up there during the hottest part of the day and it was very crowded. Will have to go back sometime when I can have a more time.

Woke up very early today as I was catching a tour to Montenegro. Old Town, I learned, does not wake up before 8am as there were no coffeeshops open at 6. But it was lovely and peaceful as I wandered out of the city to the meeting point #sabbaticaladventures
