concocted this in the passengers seat while blue was driving so I typed it up

text from my notes app, titled "Snau (Snake AU)". Body text is as follows: Hubert becomes a snake because of magic I guess. We're thinking black king snake. He's like oh crap I'm a snake and slithers to Ferdinand's room cos it's the closest one for plot reasons. he slithers into his bed cos it's warm and sheltered and he's a little snake. Ferdinand comes back and is like (stretches and yawns) Ah what a long day. Time for a good night's rest! And climbs into bed, unbeknowns to the snake in his bed.....

Ferdinand is warm. So cold blooded snakebert snuggles up......... And Ferdinand wakes up like (stretches and yawns as light pours through the window as birds sing) and realises the snake around his neck like AHHHHHH (whips it off and throws it against the wall) but it works like DnD Polymorph where if Hubert hits zero hp he turns back and is like uuughrghghgh on the floor. He can be naked too ig.

And Ferdinand is like OMG HUBERT!!!!!!!!! IM SO SORRY I DIDNT KNOW U WERE A SNAKE!!!!!!!!! and Hubert (from the floor) is like ugughhhh (in pain) it's ok. i was around your neck cos you were warm. and Ferdinand internally is like omg I'm warm?😳😳😳 anyway sickfic again cos Hubert's bruised from being thrown at the wall. the end.
