Musk, Tommy Robinson - fascist Britain. A hellpit of violence and racism. They’re using our flag as their rallying cry. And X as their megaphone. No more appeasement. No more ‘legitimate concerns’ horseshit. It’s beyond time to sanction Musk, regulate X and shut these fuckers down. (Sunday Times)
Photos of Yaxley Lennon/Robinson and Musk talking on video link and a bloodied protester.

…murdered in cold blood this week and people on the left celebrating it openly.
"The left is the party of murder and celebrating murder. I mean, let that sink in for a minute, that's who we're dealing with here."
He said that the British public were
"scared to exercise their [right to] free speech" and claimed the BBC was "com-plicit in the destruction of Britain".
When they finished their conversa-tion, Robinson said: "Not only are we in the fight right now, but we're on advance thanks to free speech being fought for, for us, by Elon Musk."
By about 4pm riot police, backed by mounted patrols and dog units, were struggling to protect a group of masked antifascists hemmed in at the top of Whitehall. Missiles and flares were thrown by Robinson supporters, with some hitting officers.
Many chanted
abuse at the police, mocked officers and spat at them.
The Met said on X: "Officers are having to intervene in multiple locations to stop Unite the Kingdom protesters trying to access sterile areas, breach police cordons or get to opposing groups. A number of officers have been assaulted."
It later added: "The turnout for the Unite the Kingdom protest was too big to fit into Whitehall. Protesters left the route on to Victoria Embankment and sought to access Whitehall from multiple directions ... When officers moved in to stop them, they faced unacceptable violence.
They were assaulted with kicks and punches. Bottles, flares and other projectiles were thrown."
More than
1,600
officers
were
deployed to deal with the demonstrations as well as several football fixtures in the capital. At least 500 police had been drafted in from forces outside London, including the Merseyside, Humberside

Musk is inciting violence on London's streets.Tommy Robinson is financed by US tech bros. These are all very direct attempts to destabilise the British state. Starmer needs to stand up to this. A government that doesn't defend its country's values against these blatant attacks is not doing its job.

"Erupt across UK" is a crazily inaccurate ITV news headline for a patchy smattering of protests eg 150-250 people in Orpington, Horley & Cheshunt; a peak yesterday 300 in Mold; & outnumbered by counterprotests in Liverpool, Bristol and Perth ITV should report accurately, not invent "erupts"

Basic income won't be "just given" like anything else "just was." It's a reform we need that will only happen when we collectively demand it.
A brief history of corporate whining (by years)
1842 "If workers can legally strike no business will be able to survive"
1887 "Give blacks an entire dollar for a days labor? Might as well burn my business to the ground. "
1912 "Worker deaths are tragic, but anti-sweatshop laws would be the death of industry in America."
1915 "When workers can't be fired for joining a union, how can anyone stay in business?"
1924 'Banning child labor would destroy the economy! Right little Timmy?" (Timmy says "thats right!"
1938 "We cant have a 40 hour work week because if we do there won't be any employers to hire anyone!"
1964 "Equal pay for women and negroes? Businesses cant stay afloat if federal regulations strangle us."
1970 "Health and safety laws are a path to massive permanent unemployment!"
Now "If unconditional basic income passes, no one will work!"

Opining about the male loneliness crisis while women are losing access to reproductive rights, the maternal mortality rate is rising, and women are being forced out of the workforce is a real choice. It is a choice to ignore the deaths of women to promote the perceived victimhood of men.
