In saying Congress “confirmed” her loss, I’m speaking loosely. Congress just attended the process specified in Art. II, Am. 20 & the 2022 ECRA whereby Harris opened the certificates of the Electoral Votes cast on Dec 17 and they were “counted.” This wasn’t a rejection of any 14 Am. Sec. 3 objection.
