for the equinox, i simmered boiled a 4 cup measuring cjp of water and add bayleaf, blackberry leaf, calendula, giant catmint, incense cedar, lemon balm, thyme, st johns wort, witch hazel, and a well dried but still very fragrant pomander orange from last year. then i carried it all around the

i have a DELIGHT!! RICE KRISPIES ARE SAFE FOR ME! for YEARS i've reacted very badly to them. but last week i was strugglnig to eat & all i wanted was to try @rahaeli.bsky.social's browned butter rice krispy treats.* and they are safe! no reaction at all! ditto with eating the cereal with milk!

So... the fatty tumor on Cap's knee has very suddenly doubled in size and changed shape. It will need to be biopsied (again) at least and probably removed. Needless to say, I don't have the money, bc this is the worst time of year for this shit. If you want to help a butch out, here are ways:

7 sep -- 8 months since dragon died. i miss him so much💔 feb i had shingles. ever since complications from them, over & over. still sleeping a lot. is better when mcas is stable (flares -> shingles swell up/itch horribly again) p's sicker too.😢 this year's HARD. but getting better i think?✨
