What does it say about me that one of the highlights of my day was finding dishwasher *powder*? ✨ Trying to switch away from pods, they leave a super strong scent on everything. Plus I can't adjust the dosage depending on the load. Might work out cheaper too :heart_fingers3: #domestictips

A minha amiga Andreia sempre foi muito específica sobre o tipo de homens com quem saía.

Engenheiros? Perfeito.

Economistas? Fantástico.

Até que conheceu o David.

O David trabalhava no Carrefour. Secção de frutas e legumes.

Quando me contou, quase cuspi o café. Não por ele trabalhar no Carrefour, mas por ela, com os seus critérios de casting tão rígidos, ter quebrado as próprias regras.

Tu? Com o David?!

Ela encolheu os ombros, meio envergonhada:

Eu sei, mas ele faz-me rir. E é boa pessoa.

Durante meses, vi-a feliz, mas aquilo era mais forte do que ela.

Passado uns meses, deu-me a notícia:

Vou acabar com o David. Ele trabalha no Carrefour disse, como se isso justificasse o que quer que fosse.

A minha mãe diz que não é pessoa para mim, e ela tem razão.

Anos depois, cruzei-me com o David num supermercado.

Curiosamente, não era o Carrefour.

Já não trabalho no Carrefour- disse-me ele.

A sério? perguntei.

Sim. Tirei um curso de aviação comercial e trabalho numa empresa de aviação. Está a correr bem, já fui promovido e adoro o que faço.

Saí dali com os meus sacos de compras e a certeza de que a Andreia enfiou o David na caixa do rapaz das frutas e legumes e nunca o deixou sair de lá.

Isto é exatamente o que acontece contigo no Linkedin.

Foste "o gestor de projetos", "a copywriter de e-commerce", "o consultor de IT".

Entretanto, mudaste de área, mas a tua audiência continua alinhada com o que fazias antes. Por isso, os clientes certos não chegam.

Se estás nessa fase, só te posso dizer isto: o conteúdo pode ser o teu maior aliado. Mas não resolves a situação só com uma headline nova.

Vais ter de:

- Publicar com frequência

- Criar conteúdo que explique a transição

Repetir a tua nova tese mais vezes do que gostarias

Educar o algoritmo e a audiência

- Atrair nova audiência (e filtrar a antiga)

- Comentar em posts de pessoas da nova área (para atrair os olhos certos).

After 5 years without #baking, last week I made a starter from scratch and baked my first #sourdough (wheat and rye) this Sunday. Still getting back to pre-2020 levels in some things, for now, enjoying the yummy result :umaru_chan_001:
