the latter half of season one picks up a lot in general but man the ep where bojack procrastinates so much writing his book that he goes on a bender and has a bad trip where he's confronted with all his trauma and regret is like the first time this show was really brilliant

i like a couple tracks off of it (matilda, habits, filing for bankruptcy) but it's definitely the one i go back to the least. when it first came out i would have said who will look after the dogs was my least favorite but that one's grown on me with time

about 5 hours into townfall now and really really enjoying it; i think a certain type of player might get frustrated by the pace of it and how it's mostly a stealth game but if you're the type to take it slow, and really take in the atmosphere and the environment, it's a treat

season one of bojack was always kind of a hurdle for people to get into the show but i think it holds up a lot better on rewatches because you see the seeds of things set up from episode one that didn't pay off years
