Socks on at yoga, no hair cut, alone time, and baggy tops aside, the consistent requests to spend time together and yet they just complained about Dad?

I have made myself a little "Hash Baggie" of pumpkin and sunflower seeds, flaxseeds, a few cashews, and a single Brazil nut to snack on every day 💀 They're (actually) in a cute 120ml glass canister so I can take it like a shot. Give a Millennial AuDHD Peri woman Hashimotos and she will turn up!

My mum (69) and sister (45) both have it - I'm 41 and knew it was coming! Even my Dr was like "But this is bad news?" but I was very prepared 😂 I'm on low dose meds for the next month before another blood test, but it feels amazing knowing that there was a legit reason for my shitty symptoms!

A few quick updates: - Officially have Hashimotos (aka yet another autoimmune disease) and have started treatment - Will be getting a specialist referral for my fibroids to hopefully have them removed so I don't have to be on BC - My close friend who got laid off last week just had a job interview!
