Why have I only now discovered White Tiger Balm for headaches?! Sure I can't wear my glasses cos it channels menthol in my eyes and my house smells like camphor, but I've spent all of today fighting a hormonal headache and after putting on the Tiger Balm it's reduced to like 20%?

A few quick updates: - Officially have Hashimotos (aka yet another autoimmune disease) and have started treatment - Will be getting a specialist referral for my fibroids to hopefully have them removed so I don't have to be on BC - My close friend who got laid off last week just had a job interview!

So after a whole heap of tests it turns out I have fibroids taking up at least 50% of my lady garage, am definitely in early-peri, and I have hypothyroidism with possible thyroid nodules. Ultrasound getting done next Tuesday to get more info on my thyroid.

Not to add too much to the shit that is these past few weeks, but we found out yesterday that a good friend has Stage 4 lung cancer. She's only 40 and has two young kids, and based on the type of cancer her 5-year prog is 0%.
