The final issue of GAME FREAK zine from 2004, produced by the company that had started off life as an arcade game tips zine in the early 80s, to commemorate 15 years since the founding of the company. The previous issue had been released in 1999 following a 12-year gap as they focused on game dev.

The cover of GAME FREAK 25, subtitled the special magazine of video game freak.

It's a simple black and white zine on pale green paper, and has an illustration of a girl in a school uniform holding up a controller, and various Pokémon, including Pikachu falling in the air and holding onto a sword.
