#SolarActivity report for September 20- September 26, 2026 brought to you by #CaraLovesCoffee a #SciFi #Coffee experience
Weekly Solar Activity Report for September 20–26, 2026. Neon Cara Loves Coffee space-weather infographic featuring the Sun, Earth, auroras and GBA Earth Distributor logo. Solar activity remained low, with only minor C-class flares and no M- or X-class events. Fourteen active regions crossed the visible Sun, but remained stable, and no Earth-directed CMEs were observed. A coronal-hole high-speed stream arrived September 23, increasing solar wind above 400 km/s and triggering a G1 Minor geomagnetic storm with Kp 5 through September 24. Auroras were reported across Alaska, Canada and Scandinavia before conditions returned to quiet levels. Footer: “Stay curious. Stay caffeinated. Stay Intergalactic.”

#SolarActivity report for August 9-15, 2026 brought to you by #CaraLovesCoffee a #SciFi #Coffee experience…
Weekly Solar Activity Report for August 9–15, 2026. Neon space-themed Cara Loves Coffee infographic featuring the Sun, Earth, auroras and the GBA Earth Distributor logo. Multiple CMEs dominated the week alongside mostly low-to-moderate flare activity. A CME from August 8 reached Earth and triggered a severe G4 geomagnetic storm on August 12, followed by G1 conditions on August 13. The week also included C-class flares, an R3 radio blackout on August 14 and another Earth-directed filament eruption. The August 12 total solar eclipse revealed the Sun’s complex corona. A new Solar Wind & SOLAR-1 section charts the storm’s arrival, with wind rising from 340–360 km/s baseline conditions to elevated speeds during the CME before returning to about 344 km/s.
