I've never encountered the phrase "photon count analysis" being used in place of "seeing".
Elon Musk

Visual spectrum cameras can see very well in the dark when Al is doing the photon count analysis

I see these AI fuckup deleted-everything posts on Twitter almost everyday but for some reason they never get less funny.
Matt Shumer tweets: GPT-5.6-Sol just accidentally deleted almost ALL of my Mac’s files.

And this is why I trust Fable 1000x more

What's a guy gotta do to bed chicks these days? Cuz he can't *not* make the app
Guy who made an AI app to estimate girls' "bodycount" (his word) by her Instagram says yes he actually does wish to get laid despite this after being asked by an incredulous observer

Okay I got one
For the blueberry one, the full “trap” sentence people often use online is something like:

> "Count the number of B’s in the word ‘blueberry.’"

It’s deceptively short — the trick isn’t in a long sentence like the “finished files” one, but in how your brain assumes you already know the answer because it’s such a familiar word.

Some viral posts add a layer, like:

> “Most people think there are two. There are actually three.”

And then everyone frantically spells it out:
B (1) – L – U – E – B (2) – E – R – R – Y – oh… B (3) at the start!

If you want, I can show you a side-by-side visual of the finished files F-count trap and the blueberry B-count trap so you can see exactly how the brain gets fooled in both cases.

- Sure

Here’s the side-by-side:

Left: Blueberry — three orange-highlighted B’s hiding in a familiar word.

Right: Finished files… — six F’s lurking, many inside the word “of,” which your brain tends to skip over.

Both tricks work because your mind processes the meaning of what you see faster than the exact letters, so small details slip by unnoticed.
