I do fully believe that in years to come we will look at people who swooped into the games industry thinking they could ride it at the forefront of the AI boom the same way we look back at Philips, 3DO, etc. trying to integrate video games into Hollywood during the multimedia era.

This is a part of the game's second level that exists only for you to go watch the birds and enjoy some serenity. It has its own location and scrolls the rest of the level off screen so you're not interrupted, it's very intentional. It's absolutely wild to see something like this on the NES.
