1st case on BlueSky - Acute cryoglobulinemic GN in an adult patient with elevated HCV viral load and positive HCV RNA; Immunofluorescence shows positive cryo staining for IgG, IgM (IgM>IgG), C3, kappa and lambda; EM image shows fragmented cryo within capillary loop with swollen endothelial cell.
