Fun pelvic health fact #1: This is getting to be more common knowledge. BUT Did you know that the vagina is self cleaning, and does not need to be cleaned? Rinsing with water is great, but soap (even pH balanced body washes!) need to stay outside the vaginal opening. 1/2 #pelvichealth #vaginafacts
