WY lawmakers again failed to finally ban forms of motorized over-snow hunting (aka killing wolves + coyotes w/ snowmobiles). The concept appeared 2x on a proposed topics list but was never considered by the Legislature. Cmte members ranked their priorities + this never made the top. Appalling.
