Some thoughts on Zones as a recurring trope in literature and film (e.g., STALKER, Area X, et al.): Quite proud of it as a work of critique, the first downside is that "zonal" is an ugly word. The second downside was unexpected, but I was in too deep by then.

It would also help if it was designed for someone with a greater than 8th grade reading level. I'm teaching a college literature class and it's a pain to get it to understand what's actually in the text of the books I'm quoting from.

We usually went to blockbuster, but when we needed to find something special we went to SRO video. The selection was great, at least one clerk was always high, and the World's Largest Rat had died in the wall, a fact that they tried to cover up with potpourri (couldn't be done.)

I think they may have mistook 'Staying With The Trouble' by Donna J. Harraway for a work of literary criticism. It's possible to use it that way, but I don't think it can be easily expanded out and used as programmatically as they're trying to.
