Back from Greece and, as well as visiting lots of archaeological sites and going canoeing, I found the time to read The Wasp Trap by @markedwardsauthor.bsky.social I absolutely loved it. Six friends who worked on a dating website in the 90s reunite with deadly consequences. A gripping page-turner.

You know what, after I saw he was doing that on Instagram, I tried it too and IT WORKS! I used to struggle to get off the sofa & go to my study to work - that 'urgh' feeling - and now I get to stay on the sofa and I actually write. Of course my hips and back are fucked now but I'm 12,000 words in 😆

I was listening to the @ukpageone.bsky.social podcast interview with @bpwalter.bsky.social as I was unstacking the dishwasher and it was so fascinating I ended up wiping down all the cabinets and mopping the floor so I could continue listening. Thanks guys, I have a clean kitchen now. 😆
