Add Chicoutimi to the byelexn calendar! This has been CPC stronghold since 2017, but the Libs, NDP, and BQ all held it in the decade prior. Martel's personal brand boosted CPC from 4th in 2015 to byelexn win in 2017. I'd peg BQ as the favourites, but Lib, BQ, CPC were all within 3% last elexn.

Worth noting as we see both Nate Horner and Matt Jones resign their cabinet positions. Both were asked two weeks ago if they support the Premier calling a separation referendum on her own. Horner said she shouldn't while Jones said UCP should push harder to stay in Canada.
