Thanks. I was attempting to see if this looks good. The stroke on the map is 18 point so I divided among the 4 strokes on the SW loop and 5 strokes on the NE loop. (20x30 print). I’m not sure if one can view these colors clearly thou’ I may try with black loop 🤔

…Red and Blue are separate subway lines, and Skokie doesn’t go down there. The other colors (gray) represent Loop service. My next project, I will figure out full color lines, if that doesn’t work for the loop, I’d go with Loop inset. Enjoy! (2/2)

In the late ’70s and early ’80s, NYC introduced distinctive square subway entrance lamps as part of system modernization. I recreated both flat and glow versions of these iconic designs for a new poster and subway map cover concept. A small tribute to a unique era in transit history.
