"Put simply, it's indie shonen-jump. These are webcomic samplers designed to be easily consumable and show off cool work. They're covered in links to people's individual comics/socials.
The hope is people buy them to support what we do here and keep the space growing and running, but also serve as a platform for original work that can elevate people over the scrolling feed sites.
We would like to host returning comics within the zine but for now we are placing One Time Taxes inside to give people a continuing narrative to return to each issue.
Every zine launches with a co-op bundle on itch.io and after each release the previous issue becomes pay what you want.
Anybody can submit -- just please be easy to contact!"

the only good thing about genAI is that it got me to really love seeing bad art, because I know a person put in time and effort, made themselves vulnerable by showing it to others, and is trying to improve. I value that more than anything now
