I wonder how it would map out if it was looking at the proportion of move ins for older housing stock between metro areas b/c of course folks will move to where there's space for new builds

I guess that's the challenge between a statistical definition vs sociological, I'd argue the why matters, to include the weather itself of course which is a subjective experience.

Oops meant to also include LA as also sunbelt

Cactus Fox 🌵🦊 @cactusfox9.bsky.social · 03/10/2026

I mean, so was Phoenix though? Imo, SD, and Vegas are sunbelt but I wouldn't put that band any more north in CA than LA.

Take the train and go to Gym ✅ Get breakfast next to the gym ✅ Get my fur groomed (haircut) 🔜 Get groceries next to train home 🔚

A breakfast with a side of fries that was way larger than I was expecting

Fur, but its skin, like, not hair, but the strands themselves, more skin. The follicles make long skin. Skin textured fur. Skin^2

The reassurance I truly seek isnt possible, & it makes me want to claw & cry & beg and seek assurance in the other parts of my life that I do feel and know Im secure in but also it would feel nice but I dont want to put that stress on others b/c external validation idk I lost the plot on this post 🤷

This is the dream our forefathers fought for.

A person sitting at a desk in an office, smiling at the camera. A computer monitor displays characters Nick Wilde and Judy Hopps from Disney's Zootopia. Text on the image humorously references Claude doing their job, allowing time to look at art involving Nick Wilde and Judy Hopps.

This is, such an overreaction? Coffee or water should be perfectly fine to have?? People regularly bring both to work meetings?? Huh??????? People get nervous and their throats are dry??? Taking a small sip can also provide some time to think???? I'm so baffled by how strong the reaction is.

I really really dislike having to go from being able to talk with friends and having space to think and immediately swinging back to I have next to 0 brain power to talk to people because work is all consuming because if I don't focus and buckle down I'm completely fucked
