I had to go to my doctor's appointment IN PERSON when it was supposed to be a VIDEO VISIT. I had to fill out online paperwork and MyChart "sent" a 2fa code to my email. By "sent" I mean they never showed up in my email. Then I called and the boo boo bot wouldn't send me a code to my email either.

I'm not going to call ai "super intelligence." I'll call ai "artificial idiocracy." Ai isn't intelligent by nature. It's actually rather stupid. We as humans evolve over time and the boo boo bot only understands what us humans feed it. Ai won't evolve unless humans update it, which we shouldn't.
