But it’s not the same. Lots of precedent for fans protesting when their material circumstances are adversely affected. Should there be more opposition by City fans to their owners? Yes. Would anyone else do differently? No.

The objection with the Glazers is that they rinse the fans and take money out of the club. Fair play for them for doing it. One of my earliest memories as a City fan was some similar protests where we forced out ownership that did similarly.

The only thing I’d change is that and maybe a bit of a reality check for people who rattle themselves into a ridiculously emotional position on who is and who isn’t a traitor.
