Making changes to these taxes without rebalancing would have winners and losers. As part of a plan I think it can unlock growth and be fairer. 010

I think there's debate about MGW (or a deeper midfielder) v Eze and Spence v another full back (I'd go Hall over TAA) but it's a very justifiable squad. 150
