What is needed in our military is for Hegseth to be removed as SecDef and a new SecDef appointed who actually knows what they are doing. My question would be, why wouldn’t the country want to see these investigations and if the facts point to verified evidence of wrongdoing, prosecution of all involved in that wrongdoing? To use this statement as a reason to vote Republican is antithetical to the rule of law we were founded on.

Exactly, there have been times when we have had fewer than nine sitting justices and other times when we had more. In our recent history we can thank Mitch McConnell for allowing the court to sit with 8 justices because he wanted us to. Just ask Merrick Garland.

Great news, however, after Blanche confessed that DOJ purposely ignores court orders, I really have little faith in this ever amounting to anything right now. As soon as Blanche is no longer the AG, then he should be investigated and prosecuted to the full extent of the law for all his illegal acts.

I do believe Jack Smith would make an excellent choice for a non-partisan AG. Maybe the years of working at The Hague made him this very strong candidate for the AG spot. I don’t know, but I think the next Democrat president should seriously consider this appointment.

This is exactly what should happen. The current speaker Mike Johnson, if he was actually doing the job he was elected to do, would have insisted on these investigations himself. But Johnson’s sole job duty seems to be to bend the knee and kiss the anal ring of Trump whenever Trump tells him to.

I think I have figured out the reason for the bruising on the hands. They are from every time Trump tried to hold Melania’s hand in public, and she slapped his hand to stop him. Also, if the old timer Trump wouldn’t stay up till the wee hours on Truth(?) Social, he might stay awake during the day.
