I know it’s over commercialised couple nonsense, but I’m still secretly glad there’s today. Happy day of love - lovers of kindness, sky, truth, rescued pets, sunsets on a hot day, sunrise after freezing nights, chocolate, cease fires, knitting - as well as beloveds. Have a lover-y day - year even 😘
A homemade collage of lots of earthy textures, including a heart surrounded by red poppies and a snail shape with a jewel in the centre.

Terrible photo, atmospheric moment. What a rare joy it’s been to be in blue skies, making it possibly to see this pearly beauty waxing and filling 🙏🏼 #wolfmoon

A bit of Tudoring in the rain. Thanks very much Little Moreton Hall folk, this treasure of a place is as warm, welcoming and fabulously wonky as 30 years ago ♥️👍🏼

Thanks @Bristolcathedral fab, unique, dancing in my favourite sacred Bristol spots. Wondered a few times what my 8x great granddad, memorialised there made of it all. Peak moment was indie-ing to the Stone Roses, surrounded by folk belting out Wham! 😂

Garden flowers for the beloved wise ancestors 🙏🏼 These are also for everyone in the world today and tomorrow who can’t bury their dead, can’t take them flowers, cos they’re in the midst of famine, genocide or they’re en route to a better life. May the ancestors surround them with love and strength.

Absolutely dystopian juxtaposition from the Guardian front page. Difficult to understand how anyone of decency and conscience can defend this government at this point. Just sheer moral degeneracy to arm a state that does this and arrest people for objecting. Wtf are we doing as a country?

This book baby is (unbelievably) 9 today. Thx to all of you who’ve had a read. Thx to those of you who’ve taken time to let me know it’s been helpful - which has (to my inclusive gladness), included parents and those who are childless through circumstance, loss and happenstance rather than choice.

The horrors of war are on our screens daily, yet "war readiness" remains the #1 "industry" on the planet, with the US not only the major producer of weapons but also the major exporter. "At 43%, its share of global arms exports is more than four times as much as the next-largest exporter, France.”

I love the NHS too. Hats off to awesome heath care workers 🙏🏼 Received calming news after two nail biting weeks. All love to the folk I met today who didn’t get calm-making results - the fragility and beauty and sorrow of it all. (And thx to Penfolds cafe for the lush cuppa after days of weird food)

Labour say slashing £5-6B from disabled people is ‘tough but necessary.’ It’s not. It’s a choice. The choice to protect corporations over disabled people. The choice to sacrifice lives instead of raising taxes on the wealthy. They want to do this in our name. Not in my name.

May this be way more than a useful photo opportunity and the chance to get some diplomatic brownie points. May it be in memory of the thousands of civilians who’ve died, the pets, animals, land, desecrated by war. Please, really 🤔
