Made a cheese steak with the same brand fake pulled meat I posted the other day, unfortunately they didn't have the "chicken" one in store so I had to use the "carnitas" one. I should've taken a better picture but I was really hungry and had no patience 😭 #vegetarian #food

Didn't feel like cooking. Needed easy vegetarian food but really wanted BBQ w Mac and cheese. This was actually really good! Just hit it with some BBQ sauce at the end of cooking in the pan and it's amazing. #vegetarian #pescatarian #alphagal #poweredbyplants

Some Shaggy Manes getting ready to turn to ink #fungifriends

The shaggy mane mushroom is commonly found in North American and European grasslands. Some peoples foraged for its young egg-shaped caps, but it has more recently been found to be a bioaccumulator of heavy metals, meaning it pulls toxic metals up from the soil where it grows. As a result, shaggy manes should not be eaten. The mushrooms usually appear in clusters or “fairy rings.”
