Woke up today for the first time in 3 years not feeling tired. Good night's sleep and healthy levels of B12 and iron. Thankful for that.

Saw this on Twitter and came here to like it. Absolute gold!

Sounds like its worth seeing for Pattinson alone.

Thanks!I appreciate the context and reality check. 🫡 I personally hope he's off FYC after this. I think you'd be a good counterpoint voice on there.

Noted and I'll abide by that. I know social media can exaggerate things and one tweet doesn't define a person. It's a pattern with him though. How does he not face harsher consequences?

Is this a fair topic in a half hour?

And then Connor makes Babs lobster thermidor to show him how much he loves hockey.

TONY 5/5 That cameo at the very end and where it ended on, sealed it for me. Maybe I'm biased having watched the Parts Unknown episode where he visits Massachusetts and recounts his formative years. The events straight from KC. I loved it. Makes me want to read the book again.

Weak of you not hosting one in Canada. Clearly!😁

That's....it? You didn't win a war and then get tossed around the Aegean sea by the gods for ten years while battling monsters and seeing all your men/friends die only to have to fight off hundreds of suitors upon your return home? Lame.

Also shout out to @pnemiroff.bsky.social for keeping Tuner on my radar. Would not have checked it out otherwise. If you love movies, tv or the best long form interviews, there's no better person to follow!

Caught #Tuner at the theatre tonight. What a surprise. Slick script that knows when to speed up/slow down, characters you root for that are left in hopeful, changed places. The standout though is the use of sound - best since the Zone of Interest imo. Definitely check it out.

So if the humour from the first few works for you, you'll enjoy it. If you're looking for anything else, avoid. On brand for the franchise.

Caught #SilentFriend last night. Mesmerizing despite it's relative stillness. Gorgeous imagery. It makes you question your place in the world and all the life around you. The one film this year that has stuck with me the following day. Worth seeking out.

BrettWB @brettwb.bsky.social · 17/04/2026

Agreed. I liked the subtler anomalies. It made the characters pay closer attention. The blackout, obvious that he needs to turn back. The back of the sign though, so sneaky. People in my theatre were groaning in despair that he didn't turn around.

BrettWB @brettwb.bsky.social · 17/04/2026

Us people in Toronto wonder if those in Queen's Park know there are other areas of Ontario besides Toronto. Really wish they would focus on the rest of the province.

BrettWB @brettwb.bsky.social · 17/04/2026

Quite enjoyed it! Never played the game. Thought about the movie for a while afterwards. The only thing I'd change, as you also mention in your review, is having a couple freakier anomalies. Didn't feel it lost momentum as it went along and that those slower moments were needed.
