#TeamTuesday: SNB Athlete @pjmortimer at the legendary Barkley Marathons 🐺🌲“Couch to Barkley.” After quietly rebuilding from injury, juggling long work days, travel, COVID, and relentless training blocks, Peter lined up at Frozen Head State Park determined to rewrite his 2021 nightmare. Since then, only eight finishers have conquered a course that’s evolved and grown even more brutal. He pushed through and completed one full loop…just over cutoff, mind you, his first missed cutoff EVER. In a race where even legends are humbled, that’s no small feat.Resilience. Redemption. Relentless forward motion. We couldn’t be prouder. 💪Keep inspiring us all Pete with your infectious smile, hard work, athleticism and your incredible attitude! #SquirrelsNutButter #BarkleyMarathons #AntiChafe #UltraRunning
