2/3 of the queer artists performing at CMAFest Narrator: There are in fact more than three queer Country artists. Nevertheless, Morgxn’s set was 🔥 as was Molly Tuttle’s so there are pockets of beauty to be found in the chaos. Also lovely to see @oliviahill247.bsky.social and @brendagadd.bsky.social

Governments can find solutions - if they want to. From personal experience, it may not be easy or quick. But if you truly advocate for folks, it's doable! Paying people with lived experience/expertise should not be so hard. thecontributor.org/learn-more-a...

The arrest of the SEIU CA President & protesters is a disgrace to our country — and part of a terrifying trend local electeds have also been facing. We stand for First Amendment rights. We stand for democracy. We stand with David Huerta & call for his immediate release.

The Smart People said "Abolish ICE" was too radical. Then ICE kidnapped students, sent innocent people to a mega prison, broke into a car to take a mom from her daughter, and tried questioning elementary kids while lying that they had parents permission. Ask yourself: which part is more "radical"?

A fun and great community project connecting D20 to D24 (cc @brendagadd.bsky.social) - helping encourage foot traffic between the Nations and Sylvan Park, while relieving strains on parking infrastructure in nearby businesses by letting some people walk instead of drive.
