What scares me about Colossal is they keep doing gene-editing projects on mammals, creating creatures that have no niche or place to go (which would be true even if they did resurrect a species). What’s it all for? Given the conservative cash involved, it’s hard not to think the end game is people.

a thick tree trunk situated in a winter wonderland. the trunk is at least 5 feet in width, the ground is covered in several inches of snow, and some of it has caught on the bark of the tree. behind the tree stands a majestic and incredibly long husky. his head sticks out from the left side of the trunk, while his hind end pokes out from the right side. i suppose there's a world in which this could be two dogs... but that's probably not what's happening here.
